Work today is more complex, ambiguous and interdependent than ever before. Teams are one of the primary means of accomplishing this work. Diversity can enrich our understanding and increase the probability of sound decisions. It can also create confusion and frustration, cause people to waste time, lose money, and miss opportunity. Our teambuilding and skill development services give people the tools they need to not only respect and value differences, but to understand and leverage the differences for the benefit of all concerned.Clients report that they choose Nipporica Associates team development services because:

   * No Blaming: "Your approach didn't blame anyone, yet it acknowledged the real pain and skepticism or many of our team members, enabling us to get on with the work at hand."

   * Team Approach with the Client: "You worked with us as a team, allowing us to see the expertise we have and feel good about ourselves."

   * Independent Effectiveness: "We'll use the tools and processes you gave us on our own to continue the process."

   * Tailored: "You interviewed every member of our team, as well as our supervisors and colleagues. You observed our meetings and read our correspondence. You understood us better than we understood ourselves, and created materials and methods which proved it."

   * Open and Honest: ""You were all so friendly and approachable. I found myself saying things I would never admit to anyone, but I'm glad I did. You helped us create an atmosphere in which anything can be discussed positively."
